Orders are delivered during the standard delivery timings between 11 AM – 7 PM PST in all cities of Pakistan. However, you can get Urgent Delivery option on selected products under the category of Gifting Emergency.
Kindly read the additional product information (API) and useful ordering information (UOI) given below in each product description before placing your order.
Gifting Emergency is a special 3 Hours Rush Delivery service giving customers a convenience to get their orders delivered at any time on the same day; within Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi only. This special service can only be availed between 10 AM – 3 PM PST.
Orders placed after the mentioned timings will not be entertained on the same day. Delivery time of the order starts after the payment is made by the customer. Please call or e-mail for more details.
The charges are shown at checkout i.e. PKR.1000 for customers ordering from Pakistan & $10 USD for Global Customers, to avail the special 3 Hours Rush Delivery service.
Zimiral.com ships to over 150 cities in Pakistan. We use our own couriers or partner courier services for standard shipments within Pakistan. We have two options for you to choose from for delivery:
Standard: The delivery takes 2-3 days, excluding holidays. This option is FREE. Please see the list of major cities covered in Pakistan by this service on this page.
Custom Delivery: Delivery on specific dates and / or specific time of the day such as Lunch Time, 8-10 pm or at Midnight are all possible including delivery on a Sunday or a Public Holiday. For day specific or time specific orders, you must select your preferred date and /or time using the delivery date field with in the shopping cart ordering page.During event peak season days last delivery time may be extend by 1-2 hours to facilitate maximum customers’ needs.
All day specific orders shall be placed at least 24 hours (1 day) in advance. For certain products, a longer prior notice is required. The specific time required is mentioned under Useful Ordering Information in the description page of each individual product. Date and Time specific deliveries are enabled with additional charges depending upon the city of delivery and the products selected. The charges are shown at your check out..
In order to have a discounted upfront listing of product prices, Zimiral.com has eliminated the shipping and handling charges that were included as the part of product costs. Thus the prices of almost all products are now much lower for you to choose from. So Our Customers Are Winners!
And a whole lot of products are still listed with absolutely ZERO Shipping. Also now when you add multiple items to your cart in a single order we are able to discount individual items for shipping charges. The More You Buy, The Less You Pay! Certain products (electronics, bulk size, sensitive/fragile shipping) would require some extra shipping/handling charges that will show in your shopping cart. But we assure you that You’re Not Paying Extra!
Many Perishable and non-perishable products can be ordered for delivery on the ‘Same-Day’. This service is not available for certain products and in certain cities. Kindly read the additional product information and useful ordering information given below each product description before placing your order.
The cutoff time for same day delivery is 10 am PST. Items which can be easily delivered on same day are non-customized cakes, flowers and teddy bears. You can also contact our customer representative in case you miss the cutoff time and want a same day delivery.
Generally Same Day deliveries are possible in all major cities including Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jehlum, Karachi, Lahore, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sialkot. Pleases call or e-mail to check for other cities.
Same day delivery option is available on a variety of items for PKR 150 or US$2.95 (for orders received from outside Pakistan). If an Urgent order is placed for same day with a very short time window then depending upon the product selected in most cases this could be achieved by adding an extra charge of PKR 800 or $10 (for orders received from outside Pakistan). Some products cannot be shipped same day as indicated on the product descriptions.
Orders are delivered at ‘Midnight’ for certain products and in certain cities. Option is available on a variety of items though not all products can be shipped delivered at ‘Midnight’. Kindly read the additional product information and useful ordering information given below each product description before placing your order.
Midnight delivery is available in major cities including Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sialkot. Pleases call or e-mail to check for other cities.
‘Midnight’ delivery is enabled with additional charges depending upon the city of delivery and the products selected. The charges are shown at your check out. For Midnight delivery kindly place your order 1 days prior.

Our gift items are selectively sourced from quality vendors, they are thoroughly inspected, and all our gifts are wrapped by our experts and include a personalized greeting card from you to your gift recipient. All products are personally chosen and inspected for quality.
We do our best to deliver your gifts on your specified dates or to expedite standard orders. The following reasons may prevent in meeting the specific dates:

Every effort shall be made to provide the product as promised and/or deliver exactly the same product as ordered on the date and time as required by the customer. However, in some rare instances, Zimiral.com may not be able to deliver the product exactly as promised. This may happen due to reasons beyond our control, Strikes / Floods / Acts of nature or any other causality beyond control of Zimiral team or due to human mistake by any of our team member.
Zimiral.com shall in no way be liable, by way of compensation for any loss(es) suffered by the customer in consequences of missed, late or non delivery of gift, for any amount exceeding the value of product order placed.
Zimiral.com provides a quality guarantee on our delivery and service. If you think that the products delivered were not up to the promised standards we have set for ourselves, please contact our customer service at service@zimiral.com with your order number within 24 hrs of the delivery of gift order. You would be provided with return/replacement instructions depending upon the nature of order. Each complaint would be assessed on a case to case basis.
A replacement delivery coupon of value equal to the value of original order may be offered for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, mithai, fruits and chocolates. Other gift items may be returned for a refund, provided the product should be in its original unused form and packaging for return.
No refunds will be accepted for gifts delivered at incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Excess shipping and Handling charges (for express and custom deliveries) shall not be refunded for either perishable or other gift items.
Quality of our items is our major concern. We pick our gift items from the leading vendors with highest assurance of quality.
Flowers, Cakes Fruits and Mithai: Our Perishable products such as flowers, cakes, fruits and mithai are guaranteed to be best of taste, highest quality and always fresh. Cakes are picked from reputable bakeries and Five Star Hotels such as Pear Continental or Marriot (where applicable), Pie in the Sky, Hob Knob Bombay Bakers among others. Mithai is always selected from renowned mithai vendors such as Rehmat-e-Shireen, Sohni sweets, Dakka Sweets and Nirala sweets. Flowers are picked from our own preferred premium flower shops.
National & International Brand Names: Gifts with international brand names (in case of clothes, chocolates, perfumes, watches, and pens) are guaranteed to be original imported stuff. National brand name items are purchased from national distributors in Pakistan. Gifts such as leather products, toys, clothing and accessories etc are selected from suppliers of national repute.
Every effort is made to ship your gifts within 24 hours after receiving the order. Delivery is however subjected to approval and confirmation of your credit card. Standard orders for perishables and other regular items are usually delivered within 2-4 days excluding holidays from the date of placement of order. Larger items such as electronics, automobiles etc may take from 7 to 10 days for delivery.

You can also e-mail at service@zimiral.com with your order number to inquire about the status of your order. E-mails are generally replied to within 4-16 hours during business days as well as holidays. Sometimes messages left on weekends/holidays may take a little more time.
All online transactions at Zimiral.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant. Zimiral does not store customer credit information for longer period of time to avoid any incident of secure data loss.

Use of Your Email Address: We only use our customer’s e-mails to communicate with them regarding the details of their order, their shipping information and or any other customer service related issues. We will occasionally send our customers e-mail with recommendations or notices of new products and prices.
Sale of Our Company: As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.

Refunding Policy – Delivery will be attempted for any order place once. On almost all occasions we call the recipient prior to delivery. In case the recipient’s address or contact no given are incorrect or recipient is not home, delivery may not be attempted again especially in the case of all perishable items. We will try our level best to contact the customer but due to the global time difference that may not be possible. So in a case where perishable items are ordered and delivery has been attempted but recipient cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact information or if customer is not home, money will not be refunded. – Money will not be refunded to customers whose recipient or contact person refuses delivery at that particular time or requests that we reattempt delivery at another time or another day. Customers will have to place a new order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
