Terms of Use & Conditions
General
- Prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Delivery Charges will apply.
- Zimiral.com does not write personal messages on cakes, only on greeting cards.
- Complimentary greeting card included with every order.
- No time-specific, midnight, or same-day deliveries on events or holidays (Eid, New Year, Mother’s Day, etc.).
- Orders with incomplete/incorrect information will not be processed.
- Wrong city/address selection may result in non-delivery responsibility on the customer.
- Delivery timing starts after payment confirmation, not order placement (especially IBFT).
- Unresponsive phone numbers or recipient absence will close the case.
- Using the website implies agreement to all terms.
- No anonymous gifts or messages allowed.
- Messages will be printed as provided, including spellings.
- For deliveries to hospitals/institutions, provide alternate contact numbers.
- Gift cards are valid for 2 years.
- If recipient delays pickup, freshness is not guaranteed.
Refunds
1. Failed Delivery
- Full refund if delivery is not made within promised time.
- Timeline starts post payment confirmation.
- Request refund within 24 hours.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours in advance (or 12 hours for 24hr items).
- Same-day cancellations are not eligible.
- Shipped/processed orders cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Process
- Refund to original payment method.
- Time depends on payment provider.
- Refund not given without local phone number or to unreachable recipients.
- Notification will be sent via email.
- Faulty products replaced or partially refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds may also be requested as a gift voucher.
4. Exceptions
- No refund for customized items unless defective.
- Perishable item refund on case-by-case basis.
- Partial delivery may occur for food platters to preserve freshness.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Starts when proof of payment is shared.
- IBFT customers must send payment proof promptly.
- If payment not confirmed, contact your payment gateway.
6. Delivery Attempts
- First attempt within 1–3 business days.
- Second attempt within 24 hours (based on availability).
- Only 2 attempts. After that, order is marked as canceled.
Products
- Actual products may differ slightly from website images.
- Flowers and arrangements may vary by region or season.
- Substitute products may be sent if necessary.
- No freshness guarantee if courier is delayed in restricted areas.
- No refunds for taste complaints unless spoiled.
- Damaged/spoiled products must be reported with photo and order ID within 24 hours to support@zimiral.com or WhatsApp +92 335 2535139.
